(Citrus Heights, CA) -- Police in Citrus Heights, California, arrived at the scene of a car crash Sunday night to find the injured driver still in the driver's seat, without a seat belt. But the 12-pack of beer next to him had been securely buckled up. The suspected drunk driver was taken to a hospital with serious head and bodily injuries after he lost control of his car and slammed into a tree. The beer was reportedly uninjured.
